Our trainers can provide immersive workshops with YOUR staff in your school or district. Professional Learning will focus on sessions that actively engage educators in their learning. Learning is ongoing, and support is provided between sessions. Every session includes opportunities for participant feedback. An assessment component provides data for program evaluation. Topics include Resilience, Students, and Staff Wellness, and Developmental Sprints®. We are able to cover a range of offerings.

We provide access to specialized sessions from respected, relevant thought-leaders in education by bringing you access to an expansive network of educators who host webinars in their field of expertise. Our team works to stay aware of in-demand topics and themes. We consistently add new content from our community of educators. Our webinars include sessions that allow for two-way engagement between participants and the host for more active learning.

Helpful resources (articles, reading lists, online videos, and books) promote on-going learning and inspiration. We also provide information and resources that transfer research into practice. The most effective professional learning plans keep staff engaged throughout the process and keep relevant topics on educators minds and in their conversations long after training sessions have ended.

A library of mini lessons are available for your educators to use at their convenience. These asynchronous lessons focus on topics currently relevant to schools and districts.

Through our wellness programs, teachers feel more supported, heard, and appreciated for the pivotal role they play in the world. Student wellness is at the core of our work.
